We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect
We collect two kinds of data. (1) Form data you voluntarily share with us through our contact form and beta signup form: your name, company, email address, role, team size, and the free-text information you enter. (2) Aggregate, privacy-first product analytics via Firebase Analytics (Google): anonymous event counts, referring page, device type, and a truncated IP address. No cookies or persistent identifiers are stored on your device — analytics are configured with cookie-less mode (client_storage: none), IP anonymization, and Google Signals / ad personalization disabled.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your fit as a pilot customer or design partner, and keep you informed about Falconn.ai. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data processors
We use two third-party processors. Resend (https://resend.com) delivers transactional emails. Resend is based in Delaware, USA, with EU data processing support and is bound by a Data Processing Agreement and GDPR-compliant safeguards. Firebase Analytics (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA, USA) collects aggregate usage analytics in privacy-first mode: no cookies, no persistent client identifiers, IP addresses are anonymized before storage, and Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can opt out by enabling your browser's Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signal or by using a network-level blocker.
Data retention
We retain inquiry data only as long as needed to process your request and maintain reasonable business records. TODO: [specific retention period in months]
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, and receive a copy of your personal data. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing hello@falconn.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
